Increase In Revenue During Covid-19
Our client had a strong presence in the e-commerce space, but relied heavily on their brick and mortar stores for revenue. Due to COVID-19, they had to shift their entire business online. We had to make quick adjustments to ensure we not only increased online revenue, but made up for loss in brick and mortar revenue.
We increased email marketing frequency and updated messaging, updated Facebook Ads, focusing on lookalike and cold audiences, and created quizzicals to increase interest in brand and time spent on site.
